Acid Leag produces a series of acidic products, including vinegar, dressings, hot sauces, seasonings, condiments, and tonics. This startup has developed a proprietary fermentation process and uses ingredients such as coffee, bourbon whiskey, cantaloupe juice, saffron, chamomile, strawberry juice, and kombucha to create unique flavors. Acid League's non-alcoholic wine proxy, launched last year, features a layered blend of fruit juices, teas, spices, and bitters, and is served in high-end restaurants across North America.
