Sapience Therapeutics is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing novel therapies for significant unmet medical needs, particularly cancers with high mortality rates. Our drug development programs focus on translating science into innovative treatments, with our initial goal being to develop a first-in-class treatment for glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), the most severe and fatal form of brain cancer. Our strategy is to develop novel therapeutic agents that significantly improve survival rates for patients with high-mortality cancers. We aim to create therapies that exhibit synergy or additive effects with current treatments, and we intend to develop drugs for use in combination with other approved cancer therapies. Key elements of our strategy include advancing our lead candidate product, ST-36, for GBM.
