OS Therapies

OS Therapies (OST) is a clinical-stage therapeutics company focused on the identification, development, and commercialization of treatments for osteosarcoma (OS) and other solid tumors. OST was launched to address the significant unmet need for new therapies in both pediatric and adult patients with bone cancer. Osteosarcoma is an extremely challenging malignancy, with unique treatment difficulties due to its location, genetic alterations, and high recurrence rate. At OST, considering there has been no new therapy for OS in over 30 years, we are striving to answer the call for innovative treatments. OST has expanded from osteosarcoma and OST-HER2 to other solid tumors with similar recurrent mechanisms, including breast cancer, esophageal cancer, and lung cancer. With the addition of OST-TDC, considered a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) platform technology, we will target ovarian cancer, lung cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
