Red Bull

Inspired by functional beverages in the Far East, Dietrich Mateschitz founded Red Bull in the mid-1980s. On April 1, 1987, Red Bull Energy Drink was first launched in its home market of Austria. This was not only the brilliant debut of an entirely new product but also marked the birth of a completely new product category. To date, Red Bull has been launched in 171 countries, with total consumption exceeding 79 billion cans.
