Code Bio is an emerging next-generation gene therapy company that is pioneering the development of targeted non-viral gene therapies to treat severe and life-threatening genetic disorders. Leveraging our novel multivalent synthetic DNA delivery platform, 3DNA, we can overcome many of the inherent challenges of viral gene therapies, such as immunogenicity, size and delivery limitations, repeatability, and manufacturing complexity. We are advancing an internal pipeline focused on selected rare disease programs and establishing partnerships to advance solutions for both rare and common diseases.
