Micron (International) Group Holdings Limited is a well-established high-quality eyewear (including frames and sunglasses) designer and manufacturer, with its headquarters and production facilities based in Hong Kong and China respectively. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, in terms of revenue generated from frame production in China in 2019, the Group was the third largest (and the largest among private enterprises) OEM and ODM frame manufacturer, accounting for approximately 2.0% of the market share. We mainly engage in providing ODM and OEM services for eyewear products to customers, including eyewear distributors, eyewear retailers, chain stores, trading companies, and licensed brand owners, who sell eyewear products to global consumers, particularly in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Japan, China, and Hong Kong. We are able to provide high-quality design services for ODM clients, which sets us apart from other manufacturers. With strong design and development capabilities, we can meet customer needs, such as providing ideas and concepts based on their demand for new products, which we take pride in. Our ODM services are integrated and customized, covering product design and development, product prototyping and testing, raw material procurement, production, quality control, packaging, and delivery. ODM clients typically provide us with briefs or mood boards about their products. The design department collaborates with sales and marketing departments based on the briefs or mood boards to offer design drawings and product specifications to our ODM clients. Before mass production begins, we also prepare technical drawings, create samples, mold samples, color mold samples, and procure raw materials. On the other hand, except that OEM clients will provide us with product design drawings and specifications, our OEM service business model is similar to the ODM service in all material aspects. Then, the engineering department fine-tunes the design drawings provided by OEM clients from a technical perspective to ensure that the drawings provided by the clients are technically feasible for mass production.
