QUESERÍASPRADO, SL Cheese Factory is a well-known domestic cheese company in Spain. It originates from the experience of the Prado González family in cheese production since 1960. For decades, we have been using the finest milk and traditional Galician recipes in our production, staying true to the authentic and unmistakable flavor of Galician cheese. Our modern factory has the capacity to collect and process 100,000 liters of milk daily, producing 2.5 million kilograms of cheese annually.
