Currently, the company's revenue is entirely generated through its wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary, Novo Healthnet Limited ("NHL"). NHL's multidisciplinary primary healthcare clinicians and practitioners offer assessment, diagnosis, treatment, pain management, rehabilitation, education, and primary prevention for a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports injury, and neurological conditions, serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Furthermore, we continue to expand our patient care philosophy by maintaining continuous contact with our patient community, transcending the limitations of traditional brick-and-mortar facilities. This is achieved by enhancing supervision over patient diagnosis, care, and monitoring directly through various medical technology platforms currently in use or under development. Our specialized multidisciplinary primary healthcare services include, but are not limited to: physical therapy, chiropractic care, manual therapy, occupational therapy, geriatric care, massage therapy (including prenatal and postnatal), acupuncture and functional dry needling, podiatry, stroke and traumatic brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, kinesiology, vestibular therapy, concussion management and baseline testing, trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation for concussion-induced brain injuries and occupational stress-related PTSD, women’s pelvic health programs, sports medicine treatments, assistive devices, dietitian services, holistic nutrition, fall prevention education, athletic team conditioning programs including event and game coverage, and private personal training.
