We are a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel cancer immunotherapy products, aiming to harness the power of patients' own immune systems to eliminate cancer cells. Our goal is to acquire rights to these technologies by obtaining licenses or otherwise securing ownership interests, funding their research and development, and ultimately licensing or bringing these technologies to market. Currently, we are developing our proprietary Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)-engineered NK cell (CAR-NK) technology, which we have licensed from the laboratories of Dr. Michael Caligiuri and Dr. Yu Jianhua at City of Hope National Medical Center (COH).
