Vow Food claims to be the world's first company to produce food using cells from undomesticated animals, and launched kangaroo dumplings in 2019. Since then, Vow has expanded its product portfolio to include 11 different animals, ranging from standard livestock (such as pork and chicken) to more exotic options like alpaca and buffalo. Vow aims to go beyond meat rather than simply replace it.
