SYNCRONYS is the designated statewide health information exchange hub for New Mexico. SYNCRONYS, in collaboration with its partners Collective Medical, Rhodes Group, and Orion Health, is launching the next generation of health information exchange. SYNCRONYS and its collaborators will design and introduce the most advanced health information exchange system to benefit providers and patients across New Mexico. The developed framework will deliver the right actionable data at the appropriate time and place. This integration will enable participants to make the most informed decisions, delivering high-quality care to the people of New Mexico. SYNCRONYS provides access to aggregated longitudinal clinical records, patient alerts and notifications, data analytics, and public health reporting options.
