DENTCA is the global leader in 3D CAD/CAM denture technology. Some of the biggest challenges in treating these patients include complex procedures, human error, multiple visits, and hidden costs associated with traditional denture processes. The denture procedure is often both time-consuming and tedious. Since traditional dentures are handmade, human errors can occur at every step of the process. Other challenges with traditional denture procedures are geographical, logistical, financial, or procedural. Patients in need of dentures also find it difficult to schedule multiple office visits according to the traditional five-visit process.To address these inherent challenges, in 2007, a group of seven dental professionals came together to find solutions to the inherent problems of traditional denture procedures. After extensive research and significant experimentation, these doctors pioneered the world's first Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) technology solution, making modern denture procedures highly accurate, efficient, and predictable. After two years of trials, they obtained the world’s first license to produce dentures using a computerized three-dimensional structural method.
