Basic Information
Kitaoka Group: Our company is committed to the development of eco-friendly concrete that reduces CO² emissions during the manufacturing process. With a mission to continuously improve technical capabilities and provide high-quality products at a low cost, we aim to build bridges between local communities and administrative bodies while advancing our corporate growth. We strive to create secondary concrete products that consider the global environment, ensuring they maintain equivalent or superior quality and performance compared to traditional products, while also offering several added values in precast concrete (PCa). The PCa method involves assembling various PCa components produced in factories with the latest equipment and meticulous quality control to construct the main body of buildings on-site. Basic components include columns, beams, walls, floors, staircases, and balconies. Using table vibration, low-slump hard concrete is densely filled into every corner of the mold. Factory-produced concrete ensures high-quality, durable, and high-strength products. Consideration for the surrounding environment is indispensable at construction sites. The PCa method significantly shortens construction time compared to conventional methods. Additionally, it minimizes disturbances to the surrounding areas typically associated with traditional construction, such as noise pollution and the removal of concrete forms. The PCa method is a resource-saving and energy-efficient construction technique.
