Motion Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. While we may pursue an opportunity in any industry or geographic region, we initially intend to focus our search on target businesses in the global connected vehicle industry, which includes companies that provide transportation software and cloud solutions for fleet management, freight and logistics, and mobile asset management applications. Motion Acquisition Corp. was founded by a management team and board consisting of seasoned corporate executives who are recognized as pioneers in the transportation software and technology sectors, with extensive operational and acquisition experience.
