Elastrin Therapeutics is a South Carolina-based biotechnology company developing new treatments to reverse cardiovascular disease. Its foundational technology was co-developed by Dr. Naren Vyavahare over the past 20 years in collaboration with Dr. Charles Rice at Clemson University. Our team has built a proprietary platform that targets and restores degraded elastin by removing harmful calcifications that cause arterial hardening. The platform significantly enhances drug efficacy and eliminates side effects through the combination of particle design and elastin targeting.
