Renew Biopharma, Inc. is a drug discovery company that utilizes a synthetic biology platform to produce a pipeline of drug molecules for neuroinflammation, including traumatic brain injury. Renew has developed an "enzyme chemistry" platform that uses custom enzymes to create a variety of new molecular pipelines as drug candidates. Renew's new molecules are derivatives of the basic Sosin scaffold, which naturally cross the blood-brain barrier for targeting neuroinflammation.
