The company has a core R&D team composed of returned overseas PhDs from the United States and top talents from Tsinghua University. The company boasts over 5,000 square meters of production workshops and 1,000 square meters of office space. Branch offices are set up in Hangzhou, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, and Jinan. MOPTIM has consistently adhered to the path of independent research and development, currently owning over 100 patents and software copyrights.As a collaborative R&D base of Tsinghua University's Shenzhen Graduate School, since its establishment, the company has maintained close cooperation and technical exchanges with multiple universities and clinical medical institutions such as South China Normal University and Shenzhen Eye Hospital. In collaboration with Beijing Tongren Hospital, it co-established the "National Engineering Research Center for Ophthalmic Diagnosis and Treatment Equipment – Optical Information Detection and Imaging (Shenzhen) Laboratory." Additionally, in partnership with Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, it built the "Shenzhen Ophthalmic Testing Technology Engineering Laboratory."
