DeuterOncology

DeuterOncology focuses on the preclinical validation and development of DO-2. Its oncology portfolio includes sublicenses for all OCTIMET compounds, including a clinical-stage MET kinase inhibitor that has been evaluated in monotherapy and combination therapy in cancer patients in Europe. The lead compound, DO-2, is a dual inhibitor of the MET and RAS pathways and is currently undergoing preclinical studies as a targeted treatment for lung cancer. Its efficacy is more pronounced when used in combination with other standard-of-care (SOC) and targeted therapies.
