The core team consists of top surgical robotics experts with deep industry experience and professionals from various disciplines, possessing extensive expertise in scientific research, technological development, clinical translation, and industrialization of medical robots. Leveraging strong technical capabilities, the team has overcome key technological challenges, fully mastering core technologies such as mechanical architecture, electrical architecture, software architecture, complex algorithms, and visual imaging, thereby establishing the foundational technology platform for surgical robots. To date, Cornerstone Robotics has completed a multi-pipeline layout for soft tissue surgical robots and other major specialized surgical robots. The company’s independently developed first-generation laparoscopic surgical robot system has entered the clinical stage and will undergo global medical device certification, with subsequent approvals expected for market launch to serve healthcare professionals worldwide and benefit more patients. Cornerstone Robotics has built a mass-production facility in Shenzhen, China.
