Basic Information

Graviton Bioscience is a clinical-stage drug discovery and development company dedicated to designing and developing first-in-class therapies for the treatment of central nervous system, autoimmune, fibrotic, and other serious diseases, where ROCK2 plays a critical role in the pathology of these conditions. Graviton's lead candidate, GV101, has entered clinical trials, while other compounds are advancing through preclinical studies. Graviton is developing novel therapeutic approaches for various severe diseases, including exploring the ability of TDI01 to penetrate the central nervous system, as well as evaluating its efficacy in certain preclinical cancer models and certain viral disease models. TDI01 is a highly selective and potent Rho/Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2 (ROCK2) inhibitor currently being investigated in the United States for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), with the company expecting to initiate human clinical trials in the U.S. in 2021.
