Casana, founded by Dr. Nicholas Conn in 2018 and led by CEO Austin McChord, provides healthcare technology that enables integrated home health monitoring. Casana's first product, the Heart Seat™, is an IoT-enabled heart health toilet seat that collects clinically relevant measurements, including heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and cardiac output. Casana's mission is to assist medical teams in managing care for patients with chronic conditions outside of hospitals, starting with over six million heart failure patients in the United States.
