Basic Information
Rahko, founded in 2018 by Dr. Leonard Wossnig, Dr. Edward Grant, Miriam Cha, and Ian Horobin, is funded by Balderton Capital. Rahko has developed a quantum drug discovery platform that integrates three key technologies: computational chemistry, machine learning, and quantum computing, to enhance the understanding of drug behavior. The quantum machine learning models within the Rahko platform combine physics and machine learning to enable faster and more accurate chemical simulations, predict system limitations with errors, and reduce the amount of data required to build models. Physics-based simulation methods are used to explore the dynamics of these proteins, revealing new binding sites. This information is combined with structure-based generative machine learning methods to produce new candidate molecules, rapidly initiating programs in optimal chemical ways.
