Chengdu Fendi Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd is a high-tech company dedicated to the discovery of breakthrough innovative drugs. Located in Chengdu, China, the company was founded by the creator of China’s first forum on biomolecular simulation (BioMS.org) and his team of experts. Targeting unmet clinical needs, we utilize molecular simulation technologies such as computational chemistry, homology modeling, and molecular dynamics, integrating them organically with biological experiments to develop groundbreaking innovative drugs with novel mechanisms of action in an innovative, efficient, and systematic manner. Established in October 2014, the company now serves over 80 universities, research institutes, hospitals, and enterprises, building deep cooperative relationships. To date, it has completed more than 300 projects related to drug screening and design, laying a solid foundation for breakthrough innovative drug development. Currently, Fendi Pharmaceutical has built a unique early-stage PROTAC drug discovery platform based on structure-based design and screening of ubiquitination-induced protein degradation PROTAC technology. Using this platform, Fendi Pharmaceutical has completed the screening and design of five types of protein-degrading PROTACs, with multiple cases confirming its ability to identify hit compounds for degrading target proteins. Fendi Pharmaceutical has established collaborations with several pharmaceutical companies and hospitals, focusing on the discovery and development of new protein degradation drugs.
