We are a newly established blank check company whose business purpose is to merge, exchange shares, acquire assets, purchase stocks, restructure, or engage in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. We intend to initially focus our search on identifying potential target businesses in the healthcare technology or healthcare-related industries in the United States and other developed countries. Our strategy will be to identify, acquire, and build a healthcare technology or healthcare-related platform positioned for both organic and acquisition-driven growth following our initial business combination. We plan to broadly focus our investment efforts across the entire healthcare industry, with initial targets including information-driven and technology-enabled services, digital health and related infrastructure, diagnostics, and personalized care solutions, in order to seize opportunities arising from the accelerated development of healthcare services.
