Xalud Therapeutics is a biotechnology company dedicated to the discovery, development, and delivery of novel therapies for chronic inflammatory diseases. With efforts focused on neuropathic and osteoarthritis pain, we are transforming the treatment of chronic inflammatory conditions through a novel gene therapy that employs a non-viral approach. This aims to alleviate the significant burden of multiple diseases on patients' lives and address unmet needs. Our lead candidate product, XT-150, is a locally injectable plasmid DNA gene therapy that expresses IL-10v (a proprietary modified variant of IL-10) for the treatment of pathological inflammation and pain.
