Fortress Medical Systems, founded in 1997, launched Clindex®, the first integrated clinical trial software system specifically designed for medical device trials. Over the years, Clindex® has been used not only to support medical device research but also to support pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and combination product research. Through close collaboration with our clients, we have expanded the functionality of Clindex® to make it one of the most flexible and comprehensive systems on the market today. Our clients are located around the world, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small startups, and also include many Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
