TRIGR Therapeutics is a private company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapies for unmet medical needs. Compared to CAR-T and other cellular processes, the company's immunotherapy preclinical pipeline includes ready-to-use products. While CAR-T and other cellular processes have delivered satisfactory clinical outcomes, they require complex manufacturing processes and time to treat patients. TRIGR is building a portfolio of clinical-stage and preclinical antibodies, which will represent the next wave of cancer immunotherapy. They are currently collaborating with innovative R&D companies such as South Korea’s ABL Bio and will develop selected ABL projects into globally approved immunotherapies. TRIGR's current diversified therapeutic pipeline includes immunotherapies targeting novel pathways that have the potential to overcome and modulate biological barriers, such as the tumor microenvironment, to achieve successful treatment outcomes.
