Quantitative Medicine is a biomedical analytics and computational biology company that provides a novel drug discovery platform, which can significantly reduce the time, cost, and financial risks associated with discovering new therapeutic drugs by predicting the following: the primary effects of drugs on target molecules mediating diseases; the impact of drugs on other molecules or pathways in the body that may mediate adverse reactions; and the interactions of these with potential genetic variations.The platform identifies similarities between candidate drugs screened across various matrices targeting pathogenic, cellular, molecular, and/or systems biology objectives. Predictive models can be refined by iteratively incorporating new data from other existing studies or experiments. More accurate predictions can be made regarding the previously unobserved effects of hypothetical compounds on target molecules.
