Basic Information

Through dual-platform technology, Interprotein Corporation provides highly active modulators for proteins and protein-protein interaction (PPI) targets. Our proprietary technology (®) is built on a concept distinct from MD-based docking simulation methods, generating highly active compounds through unique scaffolds. On the other hand, our newly constructed helix-loop-helix peptide library has achieved nearly a 100% success rate in identifying strong binders with KD values in the low nanomolar range. Together, INTENDD® and INTENDD® aim to develop and deliver an in silico drug design platform dedicated to producing small-molecule PPI modulators, while expanding this technology to establish AI-based drug discovery programs. Additionally, we have developed an extremely diverse helix-loop-helix peptide library for phage display screening. Random peptide screening via phage display enables us to achieve nearly a 100% success rate in identifying active peptides with high affinity and specificity for PPI targets. Furthermore, we can easily adjust pharmacokinetic profiles through multiple approaches. Through collaborative R&D efforts, Interprotein Corporation will fully leverage our twin technologies of small molecules and peptides to identify highly active modulators for previously difficult-to-address PPI interfaces. We are committed to transforming current biologics-based (antibodies and soluble receptors) PPI inhibition into therapies using small-molecule and/or peptide PPI modulators that are more patient-friendly, ultimately improving patients' lives.
