Matrix Medical Network is a leading provider of in-home and mobile medical services. Matrix's employed nurse practitioners conduct non-invasive physical examinations, ask questions about personal, social, and family medical history, and review members' living environments and current medications. Additionally, the nuclear power source provides health information and makes recommendations for further evaluation. Matrix began offering care management services in 2001 and pioneered the use of a nationwide network of trained employed NPs to conduct health assessments in members' homes or care facilities.
