At Spinogenix, we are developing first-class novel small molecule drugs (SPGs) that can improve synapses, enhance, and potentially restore cognitive and motor impairments. Our approach is unique for central nervous system diseases. Our mission is to create transformative treatments for diseases involving synaptic loss and dysfunction. Our method involves regenerating synapses to reverse the decline in cognitive and motor functions. This approach is distinct from many other treatments being developed for neurodegenerative conditions, which primarily aim to slow the degenerative process. We envision using SPGs as a standalone therapy or in combination with other treatments targeting disease-specific degenerative processes.
