Biotech Acquisition Co was registered and established in September 2020 as a blank check company with the purpose of merging, engaging in capital stock transactions, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, reorganizations, or similar business combinations with a company. Our target industry is expected to be the healthcare sector, particularly the life sciences/biotech, health information technology, medical technology, and tech-supported healthcare services industries. More specifically, in the biotechnology field, we aim to focus on platform biotechnology companies (i.e., those with broad foundational technologies that own or may create multiple drug candidates), while in the digital health field, we intend to concentrate on B2B (or b2b) enterprise software solutions.
