Basic Information

Helix Immuno-Oncology is a subsidiary of Helix BioPharma, a Canadian biopharmaceutical company established in 2013. Its primary goal is to develop cancer immunotherapies based on the tumor defense disruptor-DOS47 technology platform, particularly V-DOS47. V-DOS47 is another potential drug based on the DOS47 platform following L-DOS47. This drug is currently in preclinical research for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer. Helix Immuno-Oncology is headquartered in Warsaw. The company is led by a strong management team specializing in biotechnology and life sciences. Polish scientists have participated in the research of the original cancer treatment technology and support oncology drug research conducted in Poland, Canada, and the United States. The company’s long-term objective is to deliver Poland's latest medical advancements, especially immunotherapies for cancer patients. This is why the company is implementing the European Cancer Immunotherapy Center project.
