Our small molecule drug program includes VIP152 (a highly selective clinical-stage Positive Transcription Elongation Factor β/Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 9 (PTEFb/CDK9) inhibitor) and VIP217 (an oral PTEFb/CDK9 inhibitor in the discovery stage). Our Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) platform includes VIP943 and VIP924, which are next-generation ADC compounds targeting known and novel oncology targets, and we believe they can offer higher safety and efficacy compared to current ADC compounds. Our Small Molecule Drug Conjugate (SMDC) platform includes VIP236 for solid tumors.
