Captor Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing protein degradation drugs for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases, where treatment options are limited or no known treatments exist. Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) combats the therapeutic limitations of small molecules by overcoming drug resistance and decoupling their pharmacokinetics from pharmacodynamics. The groundbreaking TPD technology can degrade nearly all intracellular proteins, including those in the so-called "undruggable proteome."
