Epsilon Molecular Engineering

Epsilon Molecular Engineering Inc. is a biopharmaceutical drug discovery company based on evolutionary molecular engineering. EME, founded in 2016 as a startup originating from Saitama University in Japan, possesses proprietary technologies including a unique cDNA display library of heavy-chain single-domain antibodies (VHH) and cyclic peptides with high diversity, next-generation sequencing, FACS, and machine learning (bioinformatics)-based high-throughput screening methods. EME is currently engaged in several collaborative research projects, including those related to COVID-19, and has 17 ongoing internal projects in areas such as cancer, inflammation, and Alzheimer's disease.
