KSP, Inc. is the core business entity responsible for operating the Kanagawa Science Park (KSP). It has taken on the challenge of creating new industries through the support, development, and incubation of venture companies, offering a variety of business support services that best meet the needs of venture companies at each stage of their business growth, from startup and expansion to public listing. Since its establishment, it has built and nurtured hundreds of new startups. Incubation Managers (IMs) act as coordinators and provide various support services to venture companies to help them successfully initiate and develop new businesses, such as offering personalized consulting and a range of information or advice. KSP hosts the R&D departments of many large companies and foreign branches.
