Overland ADCT BioPharma (CY) Limited

Overland ADCT BioPharma (CY) Limited, jointly established by ADC Therapeutics and Overland Pharmaceuticals, aims to collaboratively develop antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Under the terms of the relevant agreement, ADC Therapeutics has granted Overland ADCT the exclusive rights for the development and commercialization of four ADC product candidates targeting difficult-to-treat hematological and solid tumors in Greater China and Singapore. Meanwhile, Overland Pharmaceuticals has invested $50 million in Overland ADCT. Overland Pharmaceuticals will hold 51% of the shares, while ADC Therapeutics will own 49%. Additionally, ADC Therapeutics is eligible to receive milestone payments and royalties through a licensing agreement with Overland ADCT.
