Helena Laboratories is a manufacturer of clinical laboratory instruments and reagents. Our customers include large medical centers, small hospitals, large reference laboratories, and small private physician labs. We provide electrophoresis analyzers, densitometers, electrophoresis consumables, hemostasis reagents and instruments, immunology and protein diagnostics, disposable laboratory plasticware, fecal occult blood test kits, and other products. The company's headquarters is located in Beaumont, Texas (a major port city 80 miles east of Houston), consisting of over 250,000 square feet of research, manufacturing, inventory, engineering, and administrative facilities. There are approximately 75 field specialists in major cities across the United States. Helena was awarded the U.S. Secretary of Commerce "E" Award for its outstanding contribution to the U.S. economy through export business. With hundreds of laboratory products and more than 40 registered patents, Helena continues to maintain its leading position in the market for developing new diagnostic tests.
