Orsenix

Orsenix is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a novel oral arsenic trioxide (ATO) for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) and other cancers. ORH-2014 is a patented oral capsule that has received orphan drug designation from the FDA and EMEA. Orsenix is collaborating with the FDA on a single registration study to accelerate the approval of ORH-2014 for the treatment of newly diagnosed APL patients. ORH-2014 also provides physicians with the opportunity to further explore the full potential of ATO in treating other myeloid cancers, such as myelodysplastic syndromes and myelofibrosis, as well as glioblastoma.
