One of the world's largest fertilizer manufacturers completed the acquisition of the Global Professional business, originally part of the U.S.-based Scotts Company, in March 2011. This was merged with ICL Group’s existing specialty fertilizers division to become the world’s largest specialty fertilizer manufacturer.
