Wadsworth Center

Wadsworth Center is a science-based community dedicated to protecting and improving the health of New Yorkers through laboratory analysis, investigations and research, as well as laboratory certification and educational programs. It responds to public health threats, from bioterrorism to SARS, from synthetic cannabinoids to Legionella outbreaks, by developing advanced methods for detecting microbial and genetic diseases, and measuring and analyzing environmental chemicals.
