Our work spans three decades of research in neuroscience and intellectual disabilities. The "Fragile X mGluR Theory" proposed by MIT professor Mark Bear and his collaborators in 2004 is widely regarded as a key conceptual breakthrough, laying the foundation for the development of disease-modifying therapies for Fragile X Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
