TNF Pharmaceuticals, Inc., formerly known as MyMD Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company dedicated to extending healthy lifespan, focusing on the development of two novel therapeutic platforms. MYMD-1 is a clinical-stage small molecule-based drug platform that modulates the immune-metabolic system and controls TNF-α and other pro-inflammatory cytokines. MYMD-1 is being developed for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, including conditions currently treated with non-selective TNF-α blocking drugs, as well as aging and longevity. SUPERA-CBD is a drug platform based on novel synthetic derivatives (patent pending) of cannabidiol (CBD), which target multiple key receptors, including CB2 and opioid receptors, and inhibit monoamine oxidase. SUPERA-CBD is being developed to address the rapidly growing CBD market, which includes FDA-approved drugs in the United States and CBD products not currently regulated as pharmaceuticals.
