Abogen is one of the earliest Chinese pharmaceutical companies engaged in mRNA drug research and development. We believe in the vast future prospects of mRNA drugs, actively explore the boundaries of mRNA technology development, and have established an mRNA technology platform with independent intellectual property rights as well as lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery technology. These advancements effectively address the main technical bottlenecks that have hindered the progress of mRNA drug research and development, making the dream of developing more innovative mRNA drug products possible. Our technological platform capabilities were validated during the fight against large-scale infectious diseases such as the novel coronavirus. Our pipeline product ARCoV (trade name AWcorna) is China’s first approved and marketed mRNA vaccine, marking a historic milestone for domestic mRNA research and development, moving "from 0 to 1." At Abogen, we are making history and setting new records. With cutting-edge mRNA technology, we are reshaping the landscape of pharmaceutical R&D. We still have a long way to go, but as our platform capabilities continue to unfold, we are building a diversified pipeline in areas such as infectious diseases, cancer immunotherapy, cancer vaccines, and protein replacement, using disruptive technologies to overcome disease challenges that traditional medical approaches cannot solve.
