GeneProdx is a clinical laboratory specializing in molecular diagnostics for thyroid cancer. GeneProdx has developed the Thyroidprint® test, which will prevent over 88% of unnecessary surgeries for patients with uncertain diagnoses. Thyroidprint® is the only genetic test for thyroid cancer conducted in two independent clinical trials in the United States and Chile. Geneprodx is a spin-off from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and is the first Chilean clinical laboratory accredited by the American College of Pathologists (CAP).
