AB2 Bio is a drug research and development company focused on developing "first-class" innovative therapies for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. Inflammation is a natural defense mechanism. However, dysregulated and persistent inflammatory processes underlie some chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, such as: NLRC4-MAS, Adult-Onset Still's Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and many others. AB2 Bio is developing drugs that not only treat symptoms but also target the underlying causes of inflammatory diseases. Extensive Phase I and Phase Ib clinical trials have shown that their drugs are highly tolerable with good safety profiles. They have advanced clinical programs in NLRC4-MAS and Adult-Onset Still's Disease.
