Applied Pharmaceutical Innovation

API is a non-profit organization that closely collaborates with the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Alberta, as well as other academic and health institutions across Canada. API leverages an interdisciplinary network comprising over 30 pharmaceutical scientists, clinicians, regulatory, patent, and market experts from various fields and disease areas. API has established partnerships with industry players, bringing together expertise from Canadian research institutions to provide students with training in real industry projects, capacity building, and talent development. We also offer services to researchers and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing expertise in drug development.
