SparingVision

SparingVision is a biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing innovative therapies for blinding inherited retinal diseases. SparingVision is developing SPVN06, a gene-independent drug candidate for the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa, the most common form of inherited retinal degeneration. Currently, there is no treatment available for all genetic forms of this rare retinal disease that leads to blindness. In France, 40,000 people are affected by this condition, and nearly 2 million people worldwide suffer from it.
