Beijing Hotgen Biotech Co., Ltd. (Abbreviation: Hotgen, Stock Code: 688068) was established in June 2005 as a high-tech enterprise focusing on the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) sector within the biopharmaceuticals field. The company went public on the STAR Market in September 2019. It specializes in the research, production, and sales of medical and public safety testing products. After years of development, Hotgen has built eight major technology platforms, including an R&D platform for biological active raw materials for in vitro diagnostic reagents, a glycan abnormal protein detection (glyco-capture) R&D technology platform, a magnetic particle chemiluminescence R&D technology platform, an up-converting phosphor R&D technology platform, a colloidal gold immunochromatography R&D technology platform, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent R&D technology platform, a molecular diagnostics R&D technology platform, and an instrumentation R&D technology platform, forming a closed-loop system for in vitro diagnostics R&D and production. Hotgen has established a comprehensive full-scenario immunoassay technology platform, ranging from high-precision up-converting phosphor POCT (UPT series) to small, medium, and large single-test chemiluminescence platforms (MQ60 series), to large fully automated chemiluminescence platforms (C2000), achieving the application of immunoassay platforms across all diagnostic scenarios. Supporting products are widely used in clinical and public safety fields, with specific users including various levels of hospitals, township health centers, third-party testing centers, physical examination institutions, and other medical and health institutions, as well as disease control centers, public security, fire departments, military, customs, food and drug supervision, grain and feed enterprises, and other public safety sectors. Hotgen has successively won the Second Prize of the National Technology Invention Award, the Gold Award for Independent Innovation, and the Second Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award; in 2018, it was awarded the Second Prize in the Technical Invention Category of the "China Rare Earth Science and Technology Award" by the China Rare Earth Society; it has been named among the "Top 100 Private Science and Technology Innovation Enterprises in Beijing" and the "Top 100 Future Healthcare Enterprises"; it has established a "Postdoctoral Research Workstation"; and has undertaken major frontier original technology achievement transformation and industrialization projects under the 12th and 13th Five-Year Plan, the 863 Program, special scientific research projects by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and high-end precision projects in Zhongguancun.
